  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Green chillies
  • Mint
  • Coriander
  • Onions
  • Methi leaves
  • Corn
  • Paneer
  • Rice
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Watwr
  • Butter
  • Oil
  • Mace
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a big thick bottom vessel add cumin seeds, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, mace, peppercorns and saute it. In this add onion slices, green chillies, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, add paneer, corn, methi leaves, mint leaves, coriander leaves, add some more salt add rice ( soaked for at least 15 minutes in water). Add hot water, butter, mix it, cook on a high heat till the first boil and then let it simmer till the rice is done.
