- Crush cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, carom seeds with pestle. Take a bowl and add crushed powder, chickpea flour, rice flour, corn meal flour, sweet corn, onion, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, oil, salt and mix nicely. Heat oil in a pan and drop in small pakoda using hand and deep fry and transfer into a paper plate. Take a bowl and add pokoda, sprinkle cardamom powder, pomegranate powder, chaat masala, fried green chillies, fried curry leaves. Transfer into serving bowl and garnish with fried green chillies.
