Ingredients

  • 250 grams palak
  • 2 tablespoons sweet corn
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 green chillies chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

  • Wash and chop palak
  • Take 2 tablespoons of oil in a kadai Add jeera, garlic and green chillies after a minute add sliced onion fry for 2 minutes gradually add palak corn allowed to evaporate the extract water. Lastly add some salt and mix well.
