- Heat oil for deep frying in a kadai. Maintain medium flame. Add 1 cup sweet corn kernels, 3/4 cup rava, 1 roughly chopped onion, 1/2" peeled ginger, 3-4 green chilies, required salt in a food processor. Pulse 8-10 times. Add 1/8-1/4 cup water just to bind everything. Vada batter is ready. Take a lemon sized ball of batter and shape like vada with a hole in center. Deep fry in hot oil. Serve corn vada hot with sauce.
