- Melt butter in a pan and add garlic.
- Then add chopped celery and saute for few minutes in low flame.
- Now add potatoes, water or vegetable stock, salt and black pepper. Cover and cook till potatoes are done.
- Let the mixture cool down a bit. Then blend the soup till it becomes smooth.
- Transfer it back to the pan and gently heat the soup.
- 6. Adjust the consistency of the soup.
- Garnish with heavy cream and celery leaves. Serve hot and enjoy!!
