- Warm up the milk slightly and soak saffron in it. Take a pan and heat it. add ghee to it.
- Add in the milk powder and condensed milk, mix it. Cook on a low flame.
- Add in the soaked saffron milk and chopped dried cranberries and cook on a low flame. You can add cardamom powder instead of saffron.
- Cook till the mixture thickens.
- Add in the grated or crumbled paneer/khoya/mawa. Stir continuously.
- Switch off the flame when the mixture starts leaving the pan. Cool it down slightly. Make the pedas using some ghee in your hand.
- Your cranberry pedas are ready. Enjoy!!!!
