- Take water in a deep pan and bring it to boil.
- Add spinach to boiling water and blach them upto 10-15 seconds
- Keep them aside and grind to a smooth paste after it cools down.
- Take a pan and add some butter to it. Add in finely chopped garlic and saute.
- Add up the spinach puree to it and cook for 4-5 mins. Add 1 cup or water to it and cook till it boils.
- Add salt and pepper according to taste. Bring to a boil and strain through a big sieve.
- Add up the cream to the soup and bring to a boil.
- Turn off the flame and squeeze a lemon to it. Give final mix and serve.
