Creamy Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients

  • Penne pasta - 1 cup
  • Butter - 1.5 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
  • Maida - 1.5 tbsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Cheese slice 1
  • Mozarella cheese ( grated ) -1 /4 cup
  • Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
  • Mixed herbs -1 tsp
  • Few olives
  • Sweet corn -1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Heat butter in a thick bottomed pan, saute garlic till there is no raw smell.
  • Saute maida for 2 mins.
  • Add milk and pasta. Close and allow to boil.
  • When pasta is soft mix cheese and salt.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Serve when hot.
