- Add cauliflower, broth, and garlic into the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Add cauliflower mixture into the blender along with yogurt and coconut milk and blend until smooth. Pour into the six serving bowls.
- In a pan, cook over medium heat pine nuts with water, garam masala, and sugar. Cook until sugar is crystallized. Sprinkle pan mixture over the soup. Serve and enjoy.
