Creamy Corn Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • ½ tsp chopped green chillies
  • ½ cup corn
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp grated cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • salt, according to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp haldi
  • ½ tsp pav bhaji masala
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 cup boiled pasta

Instructions

  • In a pan, add oil, jeera, garlic, green chillies, onion. Saute it till onions turn translucent. Then add corn, salt and black pepper powder and mix it well.
  • Turn off the gas and once it cools down, blend it well in a blender.
  • After that, in the same pan, add butter, a handful of corn and saute for 30 seconds.
  • Next, add the onion corn paste in it. Add milk and cheese into it.
  • Now, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala.
  • Add in the boiled pasta and a little water. Cover and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
  • Finally, the pasta is done and now garnish it with oregano.
