- Add Butter and Bay leaf in pot.
- Add onion and garlic and saute it until brown
- Add spinach leaves and saute it completely until it shrinks
- let it cool and blend it until smooth paste
- Heat the paste in pot and add mil and water until you get desired consistency
- Add salt and pepper as per your taste
- stir 1 tbsp of corn starch with ¼ cup water and make a paste out of it
- pour soup in bowl and top it with fresh cream
