- Boil 3cups of water in a wide saucepan add 1/2 tsp salt and a tsp oil to the water..add pasta, cook just till done, drain the water and keep aside.
- Heat up saucepan add butter, add chopped garlic saute it for a minute, add maida saute it on low flame for about 2-3 minutes, now add in milk, mix well and keep stirring, cook until the sauce gets thick.add tomato puree and beet juice, give it a good mix boil for 5 more minutes stirring continuously...
- Add in cooked pasta add pasta seasoning and cheese slices, pepper powder stir well, add a pinch of salt, give it a quick stir, cook 2-3 minutes more, (you can add little water and adjust the consistency if you find it thick)...turn off the flame.. your delicious pink sauce pasta is ready to relish
