- Take 2 cups of hung curd (Hung curd is simply curd whose whose whey has been drained completely).
- Whisk them well by adding salt to it.
- In a mixer, add coriander leaves, mint, chilly, ginger. Grind them well till you get a fine paste, if not add a spoon of water and mix them.
- Now add the paste to the whisked hung curd and add cumin powder to it and mix them well.
- Finally squeeze half a lemon into the thick buttermilk, mix them well. Strain it.
- Garnish it with a leafy coriander and a little amount of cumin powder to the bowl!
- Suprise your loved ones with a glass of super cool masala buttermilk.
