Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Curd
  • 1/4 spoon of Salt
  • 1/4 spoon of Cumin powder
  • 1/4 spoon of Coriander powder
  • 1/4 spoon of Pepper powder
  • 15 gms of crispy Boondi
  • Grated Beetroot

Instructions

  • First take a bowl and then add curd .Beat the curd until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Add salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, pepper powder to the curd and mix it well.
  • Refrigerate for 15 mins .Garnish with boondi and grated beetroot.
  • Now, relish the Crispy Boondi raita with any rice dish.

Notes/Tips

Can be eaten with any rice dish such as biryani, plain rice ,khichdi ,pulao etc.
