- In a mixing bowl put rice flour,moongdal ( soak 1 hour before), jeera , seasame curryleaves, corriander leaves Ginger paste, salt , chilli paste mix all with required amount of water and 2spoons of hot oil and knead well . Now divide the flour to small balls. Now take a Puri press and grease polythene cover place it in Puri press keep ball over it and press tightly. Now drop it in hot oil one by one and fry till golden brown in medium flame. Now the crispy Chakkalu is ready to eat . .
