  • Oil
  • Red chili powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Garam masala
  • Roasted Cumin (Jeera) powder
  • Black Salt
  • Chat masala
  • Salt
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Lemon Juice
  • Roasted gram flour
  • Kasuri methi
  • Yoghurt
  • Paneer
  • Colored capsicum
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • cheese
  • Mint Mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Take one bowl add 1 TBSP oil to it than add red chili powder and mix. Now add all other spices and mix it well. Add Lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, roasted gram flour and kasuri methi to it and mix it properly. Now add yoghurt and make the paste ready. Add all the small chopped vegies and mix it well and keep aside for sometime.
  • Take the 2 bread and cut in to round shape with glass, cutter or bowl and than from one round bread piece cut again small round to get the ring shaped bread. Take the stuffing and cook for 5 min on pan adding little oil.
  • Now take mint mayonnaise and spread into the round fate bread than add cooked stuffing in middle and place the ring bread on top to cover than add cheese on top and bake in pre heated Oven for 5 to 7 min or until cheese melt. Another way u can do it on pan or cooker putting salt in it and preheat it.
