Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiled corn
  • 4 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cups Refined oil
  • Green and red chilli for garnish

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and mix boiled sweet corn with 4 tbsp cornflour,add red chilli powder and salt Switch on gas stove and place a frying pan Put 2 cups oil and heat the oil,now add corn into oil for deep frying in medium flame
  • With the help of a spatula put fried crispy corn on a plate(already covered by tissue paper,so that extra oil can absorb) Now garnish with red and green chili,serve immediately

Easy and quick
