Ingredients

  • Crab sticks
  • Flour
  • Egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oregano
  • Chilli flakes
  • Blackpepper
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Coating 1. Put Flour in a tray. Add Oregano, Chilli flakes, Black Pepper & Salt in it. Mix it well. 2. Break eggs in a bowl. Add salt in it. Mix it well. 3. Put Bread crumbs in a tray. Add salt in it. Mix it well.
  • Put Crab Sticks in a Plate. Take one & put it in the Eggs. Take it out and coat it with flour. Again put it in the egg. Take it out and coat it with Bread crumb mixture. Put in a plate. Follow the same instruction for every Crab Sticks.
  • Take a pan with oil for Deep frying. Put those coated Crab Sticks slowly in the heated oil. Fry those and take it out. Re fry those to make it more crispy. Serve Hot with Sauce / Chutney & Salad.

Notes/Tips

1. If you want then you can skip to add salt in Bread crumbs. 2. If you want then you can fry once but re frying makes it more crispy. 3. Put those coated crab sticks slowly when the oil is mildly heated otherwise the batter will leave those sticks if you put those in a very heated oil.
