- Dice the chicken into cubes. Squeeze excess moisture and Transfer it into a mixing bowl. Add in ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper powder, soy sauce, vinegar and cornflour. Mix and coat well. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Deep fry the chicken pieces till golden brown in colour and remove on an absorbent paper.
- Set a pan on high heat and add oil to it. Add ginger garlic paste, diced capsicum and onion. Sauté for a minute.
- Add red chilli paste, ketchup, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, salt & pepper to taste. Further sauté for a minute and add in the fried chicken pieces and toss well in the sauce.
- Add in the spring onion greens and mix well. Turn off the flame. Your crispy honey chilli chicken is ready. Serve hot!!!
