- Add oil to hot pan, add chopped onions, green chilly , turmeric powder and saute it for 2 minutes then add gingergarlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add cleaned meat ,salt to taste, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala and close the lid and cook for 20 mins on medium to low flame
- Turn off the flame after cooking and let it cool down.
- Roll 3 chapathi's and place one on one by applying ghee in between. Place the meat stuff in the centre.
- Cut n fold as Christmas tree and add it to oil n deep fry until golden brown and serve it
