Ingredients

  • 150 GM's chopped meat, 1 medium sized onion,
  • 1 green chilly, 1 t sp chilly powder
  • 1/4 spoon coriander powder, 1/4 t sp turmeric pdr
  • 1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 4 t sp ghee
  • Salt to taste and oil to deep fry

Instructions

  • Add oil to hot pan, add chopped onions, green chilly , turmeric powder and saute it for 2 minutes then add gingergarlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add cleaned meat ,salt to taste, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala and close the lid and cook for 20 mins on medium to low flame
  • Turn off the flame after cooking and let it cool down.
  • Roll 3 chapathi's and place one on one by applying ghee in between. Place the meat stuff in the centre.
  • Cut n fold as Christmas tree and add it to oil n deep fry until golden brown and serve it

Notes/Tips

Take care while frying to not loose the shape. You can add cheese also for more taste.
