Crispy Masala Wada

Ingredients

  • Chanadal 1 cup
  • Cumin seeds 1 spoon
  • Ginger nd garlic paste 1 spoon
  • Curry leaves 1 frig
  • Green chillies paste 1 spoon
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt for taste
  • Dill leaves 1 frig chopped
  • 1 small size chopped Onion

Instructions

  • Firt soak chanadal for 4 hours ND grind coarsely without water. Now in mixing bowl add grinded chanadal , green chillies, jeera ,onions, curryleaves, Ginger and garlic paste ,Dill leaves salt, 1, spoon soaked chanadal mix all ingredients properly. Now apply oil on palm take small portion of the mixture make small ball and tap like Wada on palm and drop in hot oil one by one . And cook in low flame. Now the crispy Masala Wada is ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

Before grinding chanadal remove 2 fist of chanadal.for adding in mixture. Then grind other chanadal for Wada.
