- Wash and pat dry fenugreek leaves. Then finely chopped the leaves and green onions.
- Further, add in gram flour, rice flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds, baking powder, salt to taste, 1tsp oil and ginger-chill paste. * I also add few whole green chilli for those who like more spicy.
- Combined everything well, add 2-3tsp water if required. Meanwhile keep the oil on heat.
- Keep the flame on medium. Take small portion of mixture and place it in heat oil. Fry fritters till golden brown and crispy. Similarly make all Methi Pakoda or fritters
- Serve immediately hot with a cup of hot tea and coffee. Enjoy your winter evening with this delicious treat
