Crispy Paneer Corn Balls

Ingredients

  • 150 grams paneer
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1/2 cup boiled corn
  • 2 tbsp ararot
  • to taste Salt
  • As required Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Take mash or grated paneer, mash or grated boiled potato, boiled corn, ararot and salt. Mash it really nicely and make it soft like dough.
  • Now, make a balls. Heat oil in a pan and fry these kofta balls till golden brown color.
  • Now, paneer, corn balls are ready. Serve hot with tomato sauce.

Serve it hot in evening
