- Take all the vegetables slices in big mixing bowl, add salt and pepper and do the coating with maida and corn flour over it.
- Sprinkle some water on it and dip fry in hot oil till crispy and golden brown in color.
- Now in another pan heat the oil and saute the garlic, ginger, Chilli and onion and all the sauces and corn flour slurry in it and mix it well.
- Now add fry vegetables in it and mix it well. Finally squeeze the lemon and garnish with spring onion and serve it hot.
