  • Slice cabbage 1 cup
  • Slice carrots 1 cup
  • Slice capsicum 1 cup
  • Blench French beans 1 cup
  • Blench baby corn 1 cup
  • Slice onion 1 cup
  • Slice potatoes 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp+ 1 tsp
  • Maida 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1 cup + 2 tbsp
  • Water as required
  • Oil for frying + 1 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped green chili 1 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped onion 1/4 cup
  • Red chili sauce 1 tsp
  • Green chili sauce 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Schezwan sauce 1/4 cup
  • Spring onion for garnish
  • Lemon juice 1

Instructions

  • Take all the vegetables slices in big mixing bowl, add salt and pepper and do the coating with maida and corn flour over it.
  • Sprinkle some water on it and dip fry in hot oil till crispy and golden brown in color.
  • Now in another pan heat the oil and saute the garlic, ginger, Chilli and onion and all the sauces and corn flour slurry in it and mix it well.
  • Now add fry vegetables in it and mix it well. Finally squeeze the lemon and garnish with spring onion and serve it hot.

Notes/Tips

Even panner can be used.
