- Combine ladyfingers, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander powder in a bowl and mix well. Set aside for 5-10 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Add rice flour, gram flour and 2 tablespoons hot oil to ladyfinger mixture and mix well. Deep-fry ladyfingers in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle some chaat masala on top and mix well. Serve hot.
