  • Boiled corn kernels-1
  • Pepper powder-pinch
  • Salt as required
  • Water as required
  • Oil
  • Maida
  • Rice flour
  • Chopped onions

Instructions

  • 1) Boil and cook corn kernels in hot water and add salt in it and keep it aside once cooked. 2) In a bowl, take boiled corn kernels which was kept aside and then add maida,rice flour and pepper powder into it and coat them nicely. 3) Then,deep fry the coated corn kernels in oil till it turns crispy. 4) Lastly, garnish it with chopped onions which (is optional step).
