Ingredients

  • Rava - 1/4 cup
  • Maida - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 1/4 cup
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Oil - for frying

Instructions

  • take one bowl, add 1/4 cup rava and 1/4 cup ghee And mix it and rest aside 10 minutes.
  • after 10 minutes, add 1 cup maida and mix it well.
  • add 1/2 cup powdered sugar, mix it as well.
  • add required amount of milk and knead it as like as chapathi flour.
  • Roll into small balls. i use arikarandi for designing shape( as you want any shape you make).
  • take one pan, add as required oil for frying. and put as you make any design kulkulls, fried well until it turns golden brown.
  • Crispy and yummy
