  • Oil
  • Cumin
  • Mustard
  • Corinader
  • Curry leaves
  • Potato
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Onion
  • Garam masala

Instructions

  • Take a pressure cooker and add potato, water and pressure cook for 2-3 whistles. Take a pan add oil, cumin, mustard,curry leaves, corinader,onion and saute. Then add salt,garam masala, turmeric powder and boiled and mashed potato to it and mix well and keep aside. Take a bowl and add maida,salt and add water and make a dough. Take a portion of dough and make a chapathi and divide into 2. Then place the prepared mixture in it and roll it. Press the edges. Deep fry them in oil and serve hot with ketchup.
