- Drain the chickpeas and rinse them under fresh, cold water and dry thoroughly. Place in a bowl and add the olive oil. Mix well so that they are evenly coated.
- Add the spices and combine carefully so everything gets evenly coated. Transfer to a baking sheet and cook in a preheated oven at 200*C for 30 to 40 minutes or until crunchy OR Put them in a preheated Airfryer at 200* for 30 to 40 minutes or until crunchy
- Let it cool and store in an airtight container.
