  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Corn flakes
  • Sugar
  • Ghee
  • Oil for fry
  • Cinnamon
  • Chocolate syrup optional
  • Whipped cream optional
  • Cherry

Instructions

  • Take a 4 scoop of vallina ice cream Freeze it for 20 min
  • Other side take a non stick put ghee Than add corn flakes before adding in non stick crush the corn flakes Mix it add cinnamon powder Heat it till it become crispy
  • Off the flame and afterwards add sugar
  • Keep the oil for fry on flame Remove ice cream from freeze cover the scoop with crunchy crispy corn flakes mixture Fully cover it On high flame fry that ball in oil Fry 2 -3 min only till it turn golden
  • Remove the balls Place it and garnish with whipped cream and cherries And with sprinkles

Serve hot only Fry on high flame only Don't fry to much
