Cucumber Lemonade: morning detox green drink

Ingredients

  • 1 medium size cucumber
  • 4-5 pineapple Slices
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2" ginger cut into small pieces
  • 7-8 Mint leaves
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 250 ml water

Instructions

  • Cut the cucumber slices with skin.
  • In a blender jar add cucumber slices pineapple Slices, lemon juice, chopped ginger , Mint leaves, honey and blend it until smooth.
  • Pour the juice into a strainer to remove the plup. Skip this step if you like plupy juice.
  • Pour the juice in a glass filled with ice. And serve it chilled.

Notes/Tips

If you like pulpy juice then don't required the strain the juice. Honey is optional.if you don't like then skip it.
