  • Cucumber Pieces
  • Sagoo
  • Condensed Milk
  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Cardamom Powder
  • Ghee
  • Cashew & Resins
  • Water

Instructions

  • Soak the sagoo in water for about half an hour.. Chop the cucumber into thin pieces
  • In a pan add sagoo & water,cook it. When it is half cooked add the cucumber pieces & continue to cook till both become soft..
  • Now add the milk,sugar & condensed milk to it.. simmer it & cook for 5 to 6 minutes meanwhile heat the ghee in another pan & fry cashews & resins..
  • Then add the cardamom powder, cashews & resins to the pudding.. Switch off the gas & let it cool Serve it chill
