Ingredients

  • Cucumber 4 pcs
  • Sugar 150 gms
  • Liquid Milk 200 ml
  • Cottage cheese 100 gms
  • Condensed milk 4 tbsp
  • Saunf 1 pinch
  • Small Elaichi 4 pcs
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • White chocolate (for garnishing) 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • In a hot nonstick pan gave ghee and a pinch of saunf and small elaichi(only the seed) then add grinded cucumber. After 5 mins add sugar and a pinch of salt then mix it for 15 mins in medium high flame. After 15 mins it became a cucumber jelly.
  • With these jelly add milk(as mentioned) and cook it for 5 mins then add cottage cheese and condensed milk and cook it in high flame untill the mixture became a dry sandesh texture, it takes maximum 15 mins
  • Then for garnishing use some white chocolate and some sprinkles

Notes/Tips

Jelly is well cooked but not burned
