- In a hot nonstick pan gave ghee and a pinch of saunf and small elaichi(only the seed) then add grinded cucumber. After 5 mins add sugar and a pinch of salt then mix it for 15 mins in medium high flame. After 15 mins it became a cucumber jelly.
- With these jelly add milk(as mentioned) and cook it for 5 mins then add cottage cheese and condensed milk and cook it in high flame untill the mixture became a dry sandesh texture, it takes maximum 15 mins
- Then for garnishing use some white chocolate and some sprinkles
