- Peel the cucumber & cut it into thin slices.
- Grind the grated coconut with shallots, ginger, cummin & green chilly.
- Cook the cucumber in a vessel with 1 tbsp water & salt. When the water is absorbed. Add the coconut mix. Stir it well.
- Then add the curd. Stir it & add crushed mustard.remove from heat.
- Heat a kadai. Pour coconut oil, then splutter the mustard & add red chilly flakes, curry leaf. Remove from heat. Add this to the cucumber mix. Stir it well.
- Serve it with Rice.
