Ingredients

  • Cucumber 1 (half portion)
  • 1 cup Grated coconut
  • cup Curd quarter
  • Shallots 4 (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Ginger crushed
  • Curry leaf 1 tbsp
  • Mustard crushed half tsp
  • 2 Red chilly flakes
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • Cummin half tsp
  • 2 Green chilly

Instructions

  • Peel the cucumber & cut it into thin slices.
  • Grind the grated coconut with shallots, ginger, cummin & green chilly.
  • Cook the cucumber in a vessel with 1 tbsp water & salt. When the water is absorbed. Add the coconut mix. Stir it well.
  • Then add the curd. Stir it & add crushed mustard.remove from heat.
  • Heat a kadai. Pour coconut oil, then splutter the mustard & add red chilly flakes, curry leaf. Remove from heat. Add this to the cucumber mix. Stir it well.
  • Serve it with Rice.
