- Take a mixing bowl crushed the biscuits. In a mixer jar grind it and make fine powder
- In mixing bowl add biscuit powder. Mix hot milk gradually and make thick batter. Whisk gently. Check the batter consistency. If needed mix milk.
- Add salt and vanilla extract in the batter. Mix well. Now combine eno and 1 tbsp hot milk. Again whisk nicely.
- Now pour the cake batter in the mug or cup immediately. Set the microwave for 90 seconds. Place all cups in the microwave for baking
- Check with tooth pick. If properly baked, take out and keep aside for cooling.
- Chocolate Cup Cake is ready to serve. Garnish with crushed chocolate. Enjoy!
