Ingredients

  • Maida 130 gms
  • Butter 100 gms
  • Condensed milk 200 gm
  • Vinegar1/2 tsp
  • Milk 75 ml
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Yoghurt 55 gm
  • Castor sugar15 gms
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp whipping cream
  • pink gel colour
  • Red gel colour

Instructions

  • In a large bowl whisk butter, sugar and essence until light and fluffy.
  • Add condensed milk and whisk until everything gets incorporated.
  • Add milk and mix till well combined.Add flour and mix.
  • in another bowl put yoghurt and baking soda and mix .
  • After two minutes pour in the batter prepared.put the batter in cupcake liners and bake in a preheated oven at 165 degrees for 10-12 mins.cool.
  • Take butter in a bowl,whisk at high speed.
  • Add vanilla essence,add icing sugar in batches.then whisk and after5-7 minutes add the whipped cream and whisk.soft buttercream is ready.
  • Divide in two parts ,add red gel colour in one and pink colour in another.
  • Put the buttercream in piping bag and put the desired nozzle and make the desired design on cupcakes.
