  • Milk
  • Oats
  • Onion
  • Curd
  • Oil
  • Dried red chillies
  • Mustard
  • Cumin
  • Chana dal
  • Urad dal
  • Curry leaves
  • Ginger
  • carrot

Instructions

  • Dice onions and separate layers and keep aside. Boil milk in a vessel then switch off the flame and add oats to it.Transfer this oats mixture to a bowl. When it comes to a warm temperature, then add curd starter and diced onion. Leave it to set for about 3-4 hours. For Tempering: Heat oil in a pan, add red chili, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal, chopped ginger, curry leaves,grated carrot and sauté it Add this tempering to the above bowl and mix well.
