  • Sooji
  • Mustard
  • Curry leaves
  • Urad dal
  • Chana dal
  • Onion
  • Curd
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Green chillies
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Coriander

Instructions

  • Roast sooji till fragrant. Keep aside. Heat ghee in a pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, urad dal and chana dal. Wait till they splutter. Saute onion and ginger-garlic paste. Add curd water and saute for a minute. Add roasted sooji, 4 cups of water and let everything cook. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
