  • Curry leaves
  • Pepper
  • Chana dal
  • Tamarind
  • Salt
  • Jaggery

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan add pepper corns, chana dal saute it for a minute, then add tamarind pieces and a lot of curry leaves, salt, slightly saute it and switch off the flame, let it cool down. In a blender add jaggery and curry leaves mixture and make a coarse paste. Serve this with curd rice.
