- take a frying pan and cumin, coriander seeds,add pepper,salt,Fenugreek,to the pan,roast them stilll u observe nice roasted aromatic smell of them.roast them in a medium flame,mix well while roasting... then add curry leaves roast them still all the moisture of curry leaves goes out then let all the contents cool then add garlic and saute well. Then take a mixer and grind.then store this in air tight container.
