- First make two pieces of custard apple. Now, with the help of a spoon, separate the custard pulp.
- Add custard apple pulp and 2 tbsp milk into the mixer and turn it on and off for 2 minutes. Then strain the pulp into the bowl.
- Now, Heat the milk in a thick-bottomed pan. Once the milk boils well, collect the milk cream from all the side and keep stirring by mixing it into the milk.
- Once the milk boils half and it's color changes a little, add sugar, mix and boil again for the next 10 minutes. Then add chopped almonds pistachio slices and cardamom powder into the milk and mix it well. Then turn off the gas flame.
- Now let the milk cool down and then add prepared custard apple pulp and mix it again well. After mixing add the basundi in a bowl and leave it into the freeze for 2 hours.
- Garnish with dryfruit slices.
