Ingredients

  • Pani Puri Balls
  • Prepared Vanilla Custard chilled
  • Chopped Fruits : Apple, Pineapple, Banana, Grapes
  • Milk 2 Cups
  • Nuts - Cashew, Almonds, Pistachio, Poppy seeds
  • Sugar as per required
  • Dark chocolate Compound 200 gms Melted
  • Everest Milk Masala

Instructions

  • 1: In a glass bowl elt Chocolate in the microwave for 30 secs and mix it well , Now take pani puri balls and coat them in melted chocolate and put it aside for set
  • Prepare Vanilla custard and put in the refrigerator for chill 30 mins. Now fruits for custard chop them into small pieces (Apple, Banana, Grapes, Pineapple) as per the availability
  • Now in a grinder take all nuts with green cardamom and grind them coarse. Take a non-stick pan heat milk until one boil, add the grinded nuts powder in it, and boil it again until it becomes a little bit thicker Cool it down and strain it properly, Now add Everest Milk masala in it and give it a nice mix
  • In a bowl put fruits in custard and give it a nice mix put aside Let take out the pani puri balls and crack them a little bit to fill the mixture in it. Add custard Mix in balls & pour the thandai in shot glassed and serve this as your fusion dessert for all your family and friends this holi Here are your Custard Filled Pani puri balls served with thandai shots are ready to enjoy.

Use chilled custard and thandai to taste better For custard check my recipe blog Set the chocolate-coated balls in refrigerator only, for better taste and results this coating can be repeat twice fruits are totally optional one can use plain custard to fill the balls
