Ingredients

  • Fresh green gram 1 cup
  • Mawa 1/4 bowl
  • Sugar 1/2 bowl
  • Clarified butter 2tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 1tsp
  • Almonds powder 2tbsp
  • Coconut powder 2tbsp

Instructions

  • Heat clarified butter in a pan .
  • Grind green gram coarsely and add in the pan
  • Stir continuously for for 15 mins.
  • Add sugar and stir until thick consistency
  • Add mawa,cardamom powder , coconut powder and almonds powder and mix well.
  • Once cooled keep in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Now make one big size ball and 20 small balls and make a shape of custard apple.

Notes/Tips

Always make in a slow flame .
