Ingredients

  • 2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup seviya
  • 1 1/2 tbsp custard powder
  • 2 tbsp suger
  • 4 to 5 kaju,raisin , almond
  • 1 tsp ghee

Instructions

  • Keep the pan on the gas to heat. When it is hot, add ghee. Add cashew, pistachio, almond pieces. Now take a shake. Then take it out in a plate.
  • Now put vermicelli in the same pan and shake it.
  • Put the milk in the pan and keep it boiling. When the milk boils, add the roasted vermicelli, dry fruits. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Now add a little milk to the custard powder and mix it. Now add vermicelli to the milk and mix it. Now mix for 2 to 3 minutes. Now turn off the gas when it becomes thick.
  • Now let it cool down. Then cool it by keeping it in the fridge. Then serve cold.
  • The vermicelli custard is ready, put it in the kullad and garnish it with dry fruits on top.

Notes/Tips

Keep the liquid. On cooling, it becomes thick.
