  • Mirchi
  • Besan
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Turmeric
  • Water
  • Ajwain
  • Onion
  • Corinader
  • Chaat masala
  • Garam masala

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add besan,ajwain,red chilli powder, turmeric and mix. Then add water and make a batter. Slit the green chillies. Then dip in the batter and place it in hot oil. Fry till brown in colour. Then take them on a plate. Cut the mirchi bajji into 1.1/2 inch pieces. Again deep fry in oil. And take them out. While it is hot,sprinkle some garam masala,red chilli powder,salt, chopped onion, corinader and serve.
