Dahi Bhall or Dahi Vada is made with Urad Dal and perfect snacks for summer. Its is served with Curd and tamarind chutney and one can also add papri to make the famous Bhalla Papri Chaat.

Notes/Tips

Soak Vada in Warm water overnight, it will remain soft Fried vadas can be frozen for a month and can be reused by just adding it into hot water
