Ingredients

  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Cashew nuts - 2 tbsp
  • Almonds - 2 tbsp
  • Raisins - 2 tbsp
  • Black salt - to taste
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Clarified butter - 1tsp

Instructions

  • Heat clarified butter in a pan add almonds and fry it now add cashew nuts and turn off the flame add raisins and mix well.
  • Whisk the curd.
  • Add black salt,sugar and fried dry fruits into the curd and mix it well
  • Garnish with dry fruits and serve chilled
