Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed daal
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tspn oil
  • 1 tspn Red chili powder
  • 1 tspn coriander powder
  • 1/2 tspn turmeric powder
  • Pinch hing
  • 1 tspn lemon juice
  • 1 tspn garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • Coriander as needed
  • 1 tspn ginger garlic paste
  • 1 finely chopped onions
  • 1 finely chopped tomatoes

Instructions

  • Washed n soaked daal for 10 minutes..
  • Boiled it with added turmeric powder n salt.
  • Finely chopped onions n tomatoes.
  • Heat pan n add oil n cumin seeds n onions n tomatoes n paste.
  • Add all spices n salt to taste.
  • Daal is ready.
  • Added this in boiled daal n mixed well.
  • Ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

Served with rice, Paratha, salad-papad..
