- Take tuver dal wash it and pressure cook it. After releasing pressure take out from cooker & smash it.
- In a kadhai add ghee then add jeera, hing, ginger garlic, green chillies, curry leaves & onion. Saute for a minute then add tomato.
- Then add cooked tuver dal. Mix well. Then add salt, sugar, lemon juice, chopped coriander. Let it boil for 5 min.
- If you want you can add tadka over it after boiling. Dal fry is ready. You can serve it with jeera rice or roti or plain rice also
