Ingredients

  • 1 cup tuvar dal
  • 1 bunch Spinach, Bathua any saag
  • 2-3 clove chopped garlic
  • as needed water
  • 1 pinch black salt
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 pinch hing
  • 1 red chilli
  • 1 tsp onion
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

Instructions

  • Wash daal 2-3 times clean saag, wash it properly n chopped roughly
  • In a pressure cooker add daal,saag,garlic,turmeric Salt. and 1 cup water..take 2-3 whistle.
  • Once presser cooker cool down open and mix them very well. heat ghee in thadka pan add hing, cumin powder, garam masala powder.,red chilli,add this thadka in to the daal n cover it
  • After 5 min add cooked daal. add water as needed.
