- Wash daal 2-3 times clean saag, wash it properly n chopped roughly
- In a pressure cooker add daal,saag,garlic,turmeric Salt. and 1 cup water..take 2-3 whistle.
- Once presser cooker cool down open and mix them very well. heat ghee in thadka pan add hing, cumin powder, garam masala powder.,red chilli,add this thadka in to the daal n cover it
- After 5 min add cooked daal. add water as needed.
